Jeryl Christmas taught elementary school for over thirty years before her retirement.  One of her favorite things to do now is to go back into the schools sharing her books with the students, along with her bee, Beth Simpson.

She is married with two daughters, Haley and Lindsay, and two grandchildren, Elise and Jackson.
